Who am I?
I am a Product Manager with more than 10 years in Product Management with core strength in Digital Banking Channels and Services.
I work from ground up, as to polish myself as a Product Manager and continue grinding to be the best I can be and offer in Product Management field.
I had wonderful privileges to experience and wore many hats and responsibilities throughout my career, from customer support, call center, business analyst, software tester, Technical Support, Project Manager and Product Manager.
Depending on the organization I work with and my roles, my approach in product management can vary. I will share more details on my approach in my post.
To summarize, in the last 10 years, I have worked on Product Management for Self Service Machines Channels, specifically for ATM. Where I able to deliver some products, such as Card-less Cash Deposit, QR Code Authentication, Contactless Card Authentication, Card-less Cheque Deposit, Customer Personalization, E-Receipt, Biometric Eyes Scan and Enhance ATM Screen Design.
During the same period, I was also involved as a supporting product manager and product tester for Mobile Banking channels, Internet Banking channels, SMS Banking channels, and Payment Services.
In which give me the pleasure to learn and stack more experiences in Mobile application development, Web development, API, System Architecture, Core Banking, Payment Processing, Data Mining, Data Analytics and many more.
It has been a continuous learning journey for me, stacking up knowledge and experiences along the way.
